How Do I Pay My Invoice?

You can pay any outstanding invoices by logging into your D9 Hosting Client Area:

On the home page you will then be able to see a list of any invoices that need to be paid.

If you have multiple invoices to pay, you can check the box next to each invoice and click on the "Pay All" link, but in this article we will focus on paying a single invoice.

To do this, click on the "View Invoice" link next to the invoice you'd like to pay.

You will then be produced with a summary of the invoice, if you look in the top right hand side of the invoice you will be able to select the payment method. (PayPal or Credit/Debit card)

When you've selected the payment method, a "Pay Now" button will appear, click on this button to make a payment. Once the payment has been made your invoice will automatically be marked as paid and you can download a receipt for your records from within your client area.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you DO NOT have a PayPal subscription already set up to settle your invoice. If you do and you make your payment manually, PayPal will still send payment to us as instructed by the subscription you set up. As per our Terms and Conditons, over-payments and duplicate payments made in error cannot be refunded, rather they are added as a credit to your account. You may use credits on your account to purchase any D9 Hosting products and services. Credits on your account can be viewed in your Client Area.
