There are two ways for you to access your FTP username and password

Option 1:

1. Login to your D9 Hosting Client Area here:

https://d9clients.com/clientarea.php

2. Click on "My Emails"

3. Locate the email entitled "New Account Information", you will find your FTP username and password in this email - these are also your cPanel username and password.


Option 2:

1. Login to your D9 Hosting Client Area here:

https://d9clients.com/clientarea.php

2. Click on My Services

3. Click on the small blue `i'  icon next to the hosting package, scroll down and you will see your cPanel username and password along with a quick cPanel login button - these are also your FTP username and password.

Please remember that these login details are CaSe SEnSiTivE, they should be copied and pasted EXACTLY with no extraneous spaces at the beginning or end.
