Before you can create a new account you need to create a package, this is simply how much webspace, bandwidth, databases, emails etc. the client is allowed to have.

So to create a package:

1. Log into WHM
2. Click on "Add Packages"
3. Fill out the details and click "Add"

You'll then be able to select the package from the drop down box when you are creating the account for your client.

You will always have full access to all accounts that you create, you can get into each account's cPanel by clicking on the "List Accounts" link in WHM. You can also modify account passwords, and even suspend/terminate accounts
