How Can I Upgrade or Downgrade Packages?

You can upgrade or downgrade your current package by logging into your client area via the link below:

https://d9clients.com/clientarea.php

Then click on:

My Services > Click on the blue `i' icon to the right of your package details

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Upgrade/Downgrade Package button.

You can then choose which package you wish to move to, our billing system will work out how much you have already paid and how much extra you will need to pay. It may also work out that you are due a credit. Any credits will be added to your account and you can view this in your Client Area. Credits can be used to purchase other D9 Hosting products and services.
