We have just received the following notification from the datacenter that houses some of our US based servers. The maintenance is to upgrade a number of routers to fix a software bug. The maintenance window is scheduled for 02:00 EST and 14:00 EST on the 13th May:
The JunOS version on the router will be upgraded to fix a software related bug. This bug is known to cause routing related issues and will be installed with high priority to prevent unexpected network downtime. We expect brief unavailability in 15 to 20 minute periods during the upgrade process. The large maintenance period has been scheduled to allow preparation prior to the upgrades and monitoring post upgrades.
